We use a made-to-order production process to ensure every product is fresh and made specifically for you.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5–7 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). During peak seasons or sales, processing may take up to 10 business days.

Shipping Carriers

We partner with trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL (depending on destination and package size) to deliver your order safely and reliably.

Free shipping promotion applies only to orders shipped within the United States and is calculated after discounts, before taxes.

Estimated total delivery time for most U.S. orders is 12–17 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak periods, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website or in your account on our site.

International Orders

International shipments are Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU). Customers are responsible for any import taxes, customs fees, or duties that may apply in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, customs clearance, or carrier issues.
