Because our products are custom made-to-order (print-on-demand or custom production), we begin processing your order immediately after it is placed to ensure the fastest possible delivery. This limits our ability to cancel orders once they are submitted.

When Can You Cancel?

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided production has not yet started.

After 24 hours, or once production has begun (which typically happens quickly), cancellations are no longer possible, and the order will proceed to fulfillment.

How to Request a Cancellation

• Email us at [email protected] with your order number and request to cancel.
• Include “CANCELLATION REQUEST” in the subject line for faster processing.
• We will respond within 24 hours to confirm whether the cancellation is possible.

Refund for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation is approved:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
• Processing typically takes 3–5 business days (your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund).

Cancellations Not Accepted

We cannot cancel or refund orders in the following cases:

• More than 24 hours after the order was placed
• Production or shipping has already started
• Items already delivered
